|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — I enjoy living at College Park. The office staff are like family take care of what I need done. They put up with me my quirks My apartment is just the right size for me my kitty cat. All my neighbors are friendly it is quiet.
It is close to shops restaraunts. I would recommend.

|Recommended: YesCollege Park Apartments — I've been here 10 months now, and the only thing that I have to gripe about is the neighbor noise from upstairs, and when the mowers come, they take all day and come back to one spot multiple times. The apartments are clean, the staff are professional, and overall is a nice place to stay.

|Recommended: YesOverall Okay — The maintenance is really slow at fixing anything, property is really clean and put together, the walls are thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors, staff is friendly, and parking can get tricky but over all its okay.

|Recommended: YesThe property is kept very well. It always looks nice and clean. — It's very quiet here no loud noises, no people carrying on too loud and too long. There are no signs of possible drug use on property. The people are freindly, curious and respectful.

|Recommended: YesOverall Nice Apartment — To be completely honest... The layout of the rooms don't make sense because of the spacing between the doors, corners, and closets for a two bedroom and two bath apartment. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The maintenance team is a hit and miss because some of the men are really good and timely The one in charge of my building is horrible with timing and not responding to work orders The grounds are always maintained and looking good. The overall community is quite and nice.
