|Recommended: YesThese apartments are safe, peaceful, and inviting. — The apartment I live in suits two people nicely and is designed well. There are no pest problems for me here and the neighbors are quiet friendly. The property has plenty of cameras around and is reassuring that I am safe and my car is too. The staff at the office are always helpful and are always inviting to answer any questions you may have. The pavement walk ways are kept nice and clean for the most part all around the property, and I am glad to have chosen to stay here at the College Park Apartments in Weatherford.

The place is clean and if anything needs looked at they have a maintenance guy who is lightning fast getting to projects and fixing them. The Manager April Perez is kind, helpful and knows how to run a complex. We hope to renew come June

|Recommended: YesGreat for an older complex. — The fixtures and property are in good working order, if a bit dated. Things don't have to be new as long as they work properly.
Neighbors can be heard at all times of day, but there's not much you can do about that. Covered parking is a luxury one rarely finds.
The water here is much cleaner than my previous apartment. I can actually drink it.

|Recommended: YesClean,friendly and mostly quiet — So far, it has been very nice.The size of the apartment is just enough for me. I have met some wonderful neighbors and their pets. I hope to spend several years here. The quality of the building is sound enough where I barely hear the upstairs at all.

Maintenance is very professional and prompt. I have the upgraded 1 bed 1 bath apartment and it's beautiful. I love it here
