|Recommended: YesNo title — The accommodations are nice and I like being left alone. The rent is also a good quality.
Living by the pool is beautiful, but the heat that bounces off the water makes it hard for my A C unit to keep up to stay cool in the apartment. The walls are thin I can hear the splashing laughing and fun everyone is having or the crying of children or the adults having a good time at night.
I have good neighbors luckily I only hear them when the fan in the bathroom is on, the voice in the master bedroom gets loud. I can smell what the neighbors are cooking and when the kitty litter needs changing.
Everyone is friendly here. College park is grounds are well maintained and the maintenance workers do a really good job.

I would recommend these apartments to someone needing a place to live that isn't too hard on the budget.

The maintenance team and staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel at home. The buildings are just old and need some repair but all in all it is a good place to live.
